The Executive Team
Kevin L. Kaeding
Kevin L. Kaeding, President, is the founder of Kaeding, Ernst & Company. In addition to understanding the complexities of starting and owning a business, Kevin brings three decades of experience in designing specialized benefit programs to attract and retain key employees.
Since the Company was founded 30 years ago, Kevin has expanded the business from the early stages of providing financial planning services for closely held businesses to establishing separate divisions for employee benefits and specialized programs for executive benefits.
Kevin holds Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses.
His clients include small to medium size corporations and banks with asset sizes between 50M and 2B. He credits the success of the company to staying on the leading edge of his industry, listening to the customer and understanding how to design programs that incorporate the two.

Patricia M. Mackoff
Patricia (Tricia) Mackoff is Executive Vice President of Kaeding Ernst & Company and manages the Group Employee Benefit Division of the firm.
Tricia holds Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses. Her background is one of financial analysis with an MBA from Babson College and several years experience on the financial side of corporate America before joining Kaeding, Ernst & Company in 1986.
Tricia's expertise includes employer education, state of the art benefit design, alternative funding techniques, benefit cost analysis; marketplace evaluation; and employee communication.
