Kevin L. Kaeding
President/Founder
Kevin L. Kaeding, President, is the founder of Kaeding, Ernst & Company. Kevin began work in the employee benefits and executive compensation field in 1974. His background provides significant depth in the insurance, investment and banking industries.
Kevin founded Kaeding, Ernst & Company over 27 years ago. Since that time he has expanded the business from financial planning for closely held businesses to separate divisions for employee benefits and specialized programs for the banking industry. His clients include small to medium size corporations and banks with asset sizes between 50M and 2B. He credits the success of the company to hard work and a commitment to being a business partner with the clients they serve. Kevin holds NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses and is a registered representative with Linsco/Private Ledger. In addition, he holds Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses.

Patricia M. Mackoff
Executive Vice President
Patricia (Tricia) Mackoff is Executive Vice President of Kaeding, Ernst & Company and manages the Group Employee Benefit Division of the firm. She has worked with Kevin Kaeding for the past 19 years in business development and services to include: design of benefit programs; benefit cost analysis; marketplace evaluation; implementation and management of all programs on an ongoing basis.
Tricia holds Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses. Her background is one of financial analysis with an MBA from Babson College and several years experience on the financial side of corporate America before joining Kaeding, Ernst & Company in 1986.

Andrea Gulan
Relationship Manager
Andrea (Andi) Gulan is the Relationship Manager for Kaeding, Ernst & Company. In her role, Andi assists executives, directors and trustees of community banks in the design and implementation of employee benefit programs. These programs include qualified and non-qualified supplemental retirement plans and bank owned life insurance.
Andi has a keen understanding of the compensation challenges facing community bankers today. Prior to joining Kaeding, Ernst & Company, she spent 16 years as Vice President of Investments and Personnel of a mid-sized mutual savings bank, managing their investment portfolio and human resources.
Andi holds Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses.
