Americans Are Working Longer As growing numbers of Americans find they need more time on the job to prepare for retirement, the percentage of people aged 55 and older who are still working is rising, with an especially large increase in labor force participation occurring among older women, according to a report published by the Employee Benefit Research Institute (EBRI). |
